ICA’s Team

ICA’s team brings vast depth, managerial and entrepreneurial experience from the telecommunications and energy industry. Several of our team members have been part of shaping the mobile industry itself – from developing and launching the world’s first Smartphone - the Ericsson R380s, to specifying and determining the standards to which the latest fifth generation of mobile systems (5G) will conform. Conceptualizing and implementing entirely new business models like “capacity as a service” and “RAN sharing” has been the brainchild of ICA’s executives.

All of ICA’s core team of management and board have extensive C-level experience of managing regional and global organisations of up to 50,000 staff at technology companies, telecom operators as well as at energy utilities.
